Ghee is produced by women SHG working in the Village of Meemapur ( Sonipat ).
These women are appointed to ensure that utmost care is taken of the cattle and is properly grass-fed, to make sure the best kind of milk is given by the cattle. Then their milk is converted into curd and ghee is extracted from that curd. This gives the ghee its rawness and purity. All this process is hand sterned.
Given their own well-fed Gir and Sahiwal cow, the ghee is high in nutrition than other ghee available in the market.

Which cow gives Pure Cow Ghee (A2)?
A2 ghee is prepared from A2 milk which comes from desi cow breeds like Gir, Sahiwal, and others. They are mostly grass-fed and given natural nutrients.
These cows give milk as per their natural capacity of 2-12 liters per day. Thus the reason why ghee from our desi cows is expensive.
Why Pure Cow Ghee (A2) is costly?
A2 cow ghee is made from the milk of desi cow breeds. If prepared from the cream method, the price will be higher than regular ghee as the yield from desi cows is only 2-12 liters a day. No foreign breeds like Jersey are used. (35-40 L) If prepared by the Vedic method, it will be even costlier.
Is Pure Cow Ghee (A2) better than normal ghee?
The ghee obtained from A2 milk is superior in taste, healthier, and good for digestion. A2 cow ghee is grainy in texture and is made by heating butter on a low flame for a long duration.
Why is it called Pure Cow Ghee (A2)?
Ghee when made using A2 milk which has only A2 Beta casein (a type of protein) is called A2 ghee. This type of protein is found in the milk of only some native Indian breeds of cows and some other animals like the Indian buffalo
Does Pure Cow Ghee (A2) increase weight?
Ayurveda stated numerous benefits of desi ghee, as consuming ghee in moderate quantity, helps in digestion which is followed by weight loss.
