Return & Refunds:- In case the product has already been delivered to you and you wish to return the order as the product was in damaged condition or expired you can still do so within 7 days of delivery of your order. Please email a Return/Refund Request to our sales team (sales@simfedretail.com)) and we will arrange for the reverse pickup. Once we receive the order back and verify its packaging/condition/Shelf life. Your order amount will be refunded or a credit note will be issued as per your desire but If an eligible item is out of stock, it cannot be replaced; only a refund against the returned product will be issued. We do not return/refund any order if a return/refund is requested due to a change in mind, or a reason other than the quality of the product. Cancellation Policy:- You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service on 011- 4704 2920 In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.

If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. Shipping and Delivery Policy:-

• Shipping is free for Prepaid and Cash on Delivery Orders If the order value is Rs.1299/-or more. For bill value, less than Rs.499/- customer needs to bear the delivery charges as per his/her location across India.

• Products are shipped from our warehouse through reputed courier partners.

• For tracking the relevant information related to shipping customers will be getting regular updates from our site via Email and SMS.

• Delivery time is 3 to 5 working days from placing of order.

• Order deliveries will be made between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays.
