Description
White Poha is basically rice flakes, made from rice that has been parboiled, rolled, flattened, and then dried to produce flakes. Rice flakes are small, very light, about 2mm long, flat, and grayish-white in color.
Being rich in fiber, White Poha promotes a slow and steady release of sugar into the bloodstream and helps in controlling Diabetes.
